THE 15 pranayama exercises taught by Dominique Lonchant are fundamental basic steps to acquire effective breathing.

They can be mastered in a few weeks.

The 15 phases comprise four exercises for abdominal, four for midchest, four for the upper chest and three for the whole chest.

Says Dominique: "Once you can master these when you are breathing in and out, your whole thoracic cage will be in action. We reach what we call yogic breathing. Which means slowing down the breath, having deeper breathing and thus greater oxygenation to help slow down the cardiac rhythm, which leads to longevity and rejuvenation."
