10,000 Steps Heart Challenge
Teams of 3 members compete to clock 10,000 steps by walking around VivoCity.
All participants will each receive a Heart Fair goodie bag and 10,000 Steps T-shirt. The 3 teams with the fastest times will walk away with attractive prizes, such as the OMRON Basic Pedometer, OSIM uPapa and iLogic Scale worth $500.

Heart health screenings
The first step to a healthy lifestyle is to be aware of your health condition. Have a health check by Alexandra Hospital for just $5, which will measure BMI, blood pressure, glucose & cholesterol levels. Nurses will be on hand to explain the results of your health screening report.
My Happy Healthy Family Poster Competition
The competition aims to get Primary school children involved in National Heart Week / World Heart Day.
The theme of the competition is "My Happy Healthy Family Celebrates World Heart Day". The top 10 designs will be displayed during the Heart Fair at VivoCity, while the four best designs will win cash prizes and be featured on ZoCards.
