Smokers openly breaking law

I OFTEN see people smoking in the no-smoking zone in hawker centres, food courts and coffeeshops, and the operators and owners do not take any action.

Where are our law enforcement officers when we need them? On Tuesday, as I was leaving the NTUC food court in AMK Hub, I saw an elderly man smoking right in front of the drinks stall operator, but nobody informed the supervisor or the management about the violation.
