>IMPORTED milk products from China that have been withdrawn from sale here since the melamine food scare on Sept 19 will be released to the market in three phases, said the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) of Singapore on Tuesday.

For immediate release on Tuesday are butter, ghee and non-diary products made in China but used milk from other countries.

This will be followed by the second batch of 'medium-risk' items such as bread, cake and confectionary.
