CHILDREN hospitalised in Singapore after being infected with Influenza A (H1N1) have mostly recovered, with very few coming down with seizures.

Of the more than 300 hospitalised in KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) for H1N1 so far, only six had fever-related seizures.

None of the six had underlying epilepsy, and only one had a history of recurrent fever-related seizures, KKH's infectious diseases head, Dr Chong Chia Yin, told The Straits Times.
