Strange death #1: He collapses and dies at clinic

He had a sudden stab of pain in his heart and made his way to a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic to see the doctor.

However, before any physician could examine him, Tan Shun Jin, 48, collapsed in the clinic.

He could not be resuscitated when he was rushed to the hospital, despite best efforts by the its staff.

Mr Tan's wife told Shin Min Daily News that the cause of her husband's death had been a heart malfunction. However, she said that her husband had no history of heart disease and suffered only from hypertension and gastric.

She said: "He never complained about feeling unwell recently. When I left the house on the fateful day, he was still sleeping soundly in the room. I never expected such a thing to happen."
