How you can get bad breath

Bacteria in the mouth can cause volatile sulphur compounds

Dry mouth

Untreated oral cavities and gingivitis

How to avoid it

Brush your tongue

Have breakfast

Drink lots of water

Avoid caffeinated drinks like coffee

Avoid high sulphur foods like onions and garlic

Avoid alcohol

Avoid mouthwashes with high alcohol content

Avoid a diet high in red meat

If you are lactose-intolerant, avoid dairy products

Go for regular dental check-ups
